Reporting Construction Issues

If you are experiencing issues related to construction activity, please use the appropriate reporting route:

  • Planning Enforcement – for breaches of planning conditions (e.g., early working hours, unauthorised access routes).
  • Public Protection – for concerns relating to noise, dust, vibration or other environmental impacts.
  • Site Agent – for day‑to‑day operational matters on site.

Current Compliance Position

Shropshire Council has confirmed that the developer is not yet in compliance, as the CEMP has not been formally agreed. Planning Enforcement is progressing this matter.
